Practical AI tools and productivity, without the hype.
Taskstack started from a simple frustration: most "best AI tools" articles are thin, recycled, and clearly written without ever actually using the tools they're recommending. We wanted something different — guides based on real, repeated use, written in plain language, without fake earnings claims or sponsored rankings dressed up as objective reviews.
Three kinds of articles, specifically:
Where possible, we use a tool on real, ongoing tasks — not a single demo prompt — before writing about it. That means checking actual current pricing pages rather than assuming last month's numbers are still accurate, reading a tool's own documentation rather than relying on secondhand summaries, and being specific about trade-offs instead of defaulting to "it depends" and leaving it there. We revisit and update older articles as tools change; the "updated" date on each article reflects when it was last checked, not just when it was first published.
